Customer Service & Support Representative 

We’re looking for a full-time CSR to provide product training and basic technical support; being able to do it in both French and English would be an asset. The position could be entry- to intermediate-level depending on experience. Collision industry experience or knowledge would be advantageous but is not necessary; good customer service skills and a willingness to learn are most important. For the convenience of our eastern time-zone clients, the ability to work early morning hours is required.

A typical day includes: 

  • performing product installation, training and support, 
  • doing basic technical support, 
  • monitoring data feeds to ensure they are working and trouble-shooting when they aren’t, and 
  • assisting in product testing and projects. 

We need you to: 

  • be able to work early morning hours, 
  • have excellent communication skills, and 
  • have a sincere, committed perspective on providing service. 

It would also be great if you: 

  • can work in both French and English,
  • have some knowledge of the Collision Repair Industry and terminology, 
  • can travel occasionally, and 
  • have some post-secondary education.
